Honor the Life

Life is sacred and deserves to be honored through ceremony. We help you Honor the Life of your loved one in a way that captures their individuality and brings comfort to your soul.  We believe each ceremony should be as unique as the life it honors, and that it should be tailored to the needs of your family. As you share your loved one’s story with us, as well as your circumstances, we are able to make appropriate recommendations with those goals in mind.

Value of Ceremony

Ceremonies give significance to life’s special moments—and special people.  Funeral ceremonies bring people together on an emotional level, allowing for the expression of grief while providing comfort, support, and encouragement to one another.  A meaningful ceremony can create a permanent memory that motivates others for good and facilitates healing.

Unintended Consequences

Well-meaning and unassuming loved ones often declare they do NOT want any type of ceremony following their death. More often than not, this opinion is driven by a selfless desire to “not be a burden” to their family and friends.  These caring individuals are usually unaware of the unintended consequences of their decision.  More often than not, the failure to have a ceremony will have a negative impact on the grief process of those they love most.  If you were told not to hold a service, consider your loved one’s intent before choosing to honor their request.
