Mary Ellen Fitzpatrick

Mary Fitzpatrick was born on November 30, 1919 to parents Patrick and Margarite Boyle in Chicago, Illinois. She grew up and completed her education in Chicago. On July 4, 1942 she married her husband, Hugh Michael Fitzpatrick. They began family life in Chicago, later moving to California where she has lived for 57 years.Mary enjoyed gardening, watching PBS Mysteries on the television, and dressing elegantly. She was an avid reader of current affairs and politics. She was highly involved in Saint Gregory the Great Catholic Church in Whittier, California. She participated in the scripture group and the Interfaith Council. She was also active in Friends of the Library, and Women Alone Together (WAT). Mrs. Mary Fitzpatrick is survived by her brother Walter. She is also survived by her children Raymond, Letitia, and Neal; her 5 grand children, Sean, Brian, Deidre, Jason, and Bridget; and her 8 great-grandchildren, Aiden, Mia, Amanda, Evan, Ryan, Jacob, Megan, and Gabriel.
