Woon Lee

Woon Lee was a loving husband, father, brother, and follower of Christ. He passed away peacefully at home on the morning of July 26, 2024. 

He was born to Jian Li and Qiong Ying Liao on June 18, 1950 in Guangzhou, China, where he also met his childhood sweetheart Sue. Both he and Sue attended the same high school in Guangzhou, and were both sent to Hainan Island during the Cultural Revolution. They married in 1983, and then immigrated to the United States, where he fathered his son Geoffrey, and later became a USPS mail carrier. 

Woon is remembered for his compassion, always lending a helping hand towards friends and family, and for working tirelessly to provide a good education for his son. He also loved classical music, photography, engineering, and building model aircrafts and boats.

Woon is now in God's hands. Glory to God, and may he rest in peace.
