Paul Andrew Rodriguez

Our beloved, Paul Andrew Rodriguez, a.k.a. PROD, passed away on August 31, 2023 in Corona, California at the age of 55. He was born on October 2, 1967 in Whittier, California.  Even though Paul moved away from Whittier, his roots were planted here.  He went to school and received his sacraments at Saint Gregory the Great.  He accumulated many life long friends along with their parents, and created many memories with his family.  After his graduation from Saint Paul High School, Paul invested his time in the field of technology.  He earned an AA degree from ITT and certificates that qualified him to work in various IT departments. Paul retired from the Orange County Sheriff’s Department in 2019.

Paul was the life of the party.  He enjoyed  socializing, singing, barbecuing, watching the LA Chargers, going to Angel games, and spending time with his family and friends.  Paul was very thorough with everything he did and never left a job undone.

Paul is survived by his wife, Martina; his son Paul Jr.; his daughter Sandra Noriega (Hugo Noriega); his mother Eleanor Payán Rodriguez; his siblings Crispín Rodriguez III, Eleanor Teeny Olivas (Salvador), and Kathy Ukes (Mark); his
nieces/nephews Monique (Frank) Torres, Barbi (Axel) Vasquez, Teresa (Andrew) Guerrero, Kyle Ukes, Sal Olivas Jr., Nicole (Albert) Bolaños, Matthew Ukes and Martin Ukes; his Aunt Rose Payán; his Uncles Fernando Payán, and Freddy Sanchez; his cousins Carol Flores, Larry Payán, Dodie Brown, and Matthew Payán; three grandchildren, and many great/great-great nieces and nephews. 
 
Paul is preceded in death by his father Crispín Rodriguez Jr.; Aunt Cecilia Sanchez and Aunt Janie Payán.

On October 16, 2023, a funeral mass will be held at St. Gregory the Great Church at 11:00a.m. followed by the burial at Queen of Heaven cemetery.
