Jean Ann Vernon, 89, passed away on February 20, 2013 in Fullerton, California. Jean was born on February 16, 1924 in New York to Aloysius & Ann (Moffat) Demmerle. She was married to Charles C. Vernon for 67 years. Together with Charles, they had three children, Kathy, Nancy & Thomas.
Jean was proud to serve in the United States Army as a Sergeant, where she met her husband Charles. After her military service, she devoted her time to her family as a homemaker.
Jean is survived by her husband, Charles; and her three children, Kathy Castaneda, Nancy Marshall, and Thomas Vernon.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, February 27, 2013 at 11:30AM at Olive Lawn Memorial Park in La Mirada, California.
