He is survived by his wife, Frances Barolak, extended family members and friends.
A viewing will take place on Tuesday, October 16, 2012, at 10 am at the Beatitudes of Our Lord Church, 13013 S. Santa Gertrudes Ave. Whittier, California, 90638.
A Mass for Christian Burial will follow at 10:30 am at the Beatitudes of Our Lord Church.
