Kenneth is survived by his wife Pamela Bousquet-Foss, Son: Stephen Foss and Daughter: Amanda Reichenbach; Stepsons: Nolan and Jeremy Bousquet. Father: Stan Foss, Brothers: Dennis, Ron and Stanley Foss, Sister: Lisa Wikle, Granddaughter Hannah, and numerous Nephews & Nieces. There will be a time of visitation on Monday, September 12, 2011 from 4 till 8 PM at White Emerson Mortuary. Following will be a Service of Tribute at Riverside National Cemetery on Tuesday, September 13, 2011 at 1:00 PM
