Geronimo V. Hernandez

Geronimo Hernandez was born December 13, 1948 in Santa Fe, New Mexico, to Gilbert and Dolores (Montoya) Hernandez.He was raised in Pinedale, California, and lived in Whittier, California area mostnof his married life.Geronimo married Maria Higuera, at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, on November 25, 1989. Geronimo was a warehouse foreman for Eastmand Chemical Company, and later with HVAC Tech.He enjoyed life to the fullest with a smile on his face and ready to help anyone who needed his assistance.He also loved to go fishing and play golf.Geronimo is survived by his wife, Maria; son, Jeremiah; daughter, Carmelita; brothers: Nick, Gilbert Jr., Robert and Rick; sisters, , Mary, JoAnn and Delores.Visitation will be on Tuesday, June 26, 2012, 5-8pm at White Emerson Mortuary Chapel.A Mass for Christian Burial will be on Wednesday, June 27, 2012, 9:30 am at St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church, 7215 South Newlin Avenue, Whittier, CA. 90601, 562-698-0107Interment will follow the Mass - location Pending
