Frances G. Duarte was born on June 5, 1929 in Yuma, Arizona, to Hipolito and Angela (Ramos) Garza. She passed away on September 13, 2014 in Whittier, California, at the age of 85.

A public viewing will take place on Thursday, September 25th, 2014, 4-8pm, with the Rosary at 7pm, at White Emerson Mortuary, Whittier, California.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, September 26, 2014, 9:30 am at St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church, Whittier, California.

Interment will follow at Rose Hills Memorial Park, Whittier, California.
