With heavy hearts but a joyful spirit, we announce the passing of Felipe Dabila Estevez, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend, who left this world peacefully on Sunday, September 28, 2025. Felipe was born on September 7, 1945, in San Andres Ixtlan, Jalisco, Mexico, and spent 80 wonderful years enriching the lives of those around him.

Felipe reveled in the joy of family gatherings, where barbecues would fill the air with laughter and the aroma of delicious food. A devoted family man, he cherished sharing tequila shots with his children, delighting in their company. Felipe's DIY prowess extended to gardening and various home projects, reflecting his passion for hands-on creations. His spirit truly shined on the dance floor, where he loved to sway to the rhythm of mambo, spreading joy wherever he went.

A faithful Catholic, Felipe carried his deep faith with him throughout his life. He was passionate about helping those in need, supporting St. Jude Children's Hospital as his chosen charity. A loyal fan of "Las Chivas," he enjoyed playing recreational soccer and filled his days with enthusiastic cheer for his favorite team.

Felipe’s curiosity knew no bounds; he was fascinated by space and astronomy, eagerly following space shuttle launches and the wonders of exploration beyond our planet. He leaves behind a legacy of love and wisdom through his four children—Eduardo, Lorena, Maricela and Vanessa—along with nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

As we come together to celebrate Felipe's remarkable life, we invite everyone to join us for memorial services that honor his spirit and love:

- **Public Viewing** will take place at White Emerson Mortuary on October 15, 2025, starting at 5:00 PM.

- A **Rosary Service** will follow at White Emerson Chapel, beginning at 6:00 PM.

- The **Mass** will be celebrated at Our Lady of Guadalupe in La Habra on October 16, 2025, at 10:00 AM.

Felipe Dabila Estevez will forever remain in our hearts, his memory a radiant beacon of love, laughter, and faith. Please join us in honoring his remarkable journey through life and the lasting impact he made on all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Con el corazón entristecido, pero con un espíritu alegre, anunciamos el fallecimiento de Felipe Dabila Estévez, un amado esposo, padre, abuelo, bisabuelo y amigo, que dejó este mundo en paz el día domingo, 28 de septiembre. Felipe nació el 7 de septiembre de 1945 en San Andres Ixtlan, Jalisco, México, y pasó 80 maravillosos años enriqueciendo la vida de quienes lo rodeaban.

Felipe se deleitaba con la alegría de las reuniones familiares, donde las carne asadas llenaban el aire de risas y el aroma de una comida deliciosa. Un devoto hombre de familia, apreciaba compartir tragos de tequila con sus hijos, deleitándose con su compañía. La destreza de bricolaje de Felipe se extendió a la jardinería y varios proyectos domésticos, lo que refleja su pasión por las creaciones prácticas. Su espíritu realmente brillaba en la pista de baile, donde le encantaba balancearse al ritmo del mambo, difundiendo alegría dondequiera que iba.

Fiel católico, Felipe llevó consigo su profunda fe durante toda su vida. Le apasionaba ayudar a los necesitados, apoyando a St. Jude Children's Hospital como su organización benéfica elegida. Fiel seguidor de "Las Chivas", disfrutaba jugando al fútbol recreativo y llenaba sus días de entusiasta alegría por su equipo favorito.

La curiosidad de Felipe no conocía límites; Estaba fascinado por el espacio y la astronomía, siguiendo con entusiasmo los lanzamientos de transbordadores espaciales y las maravillas de la exploración más allá de nuestro planeta. Deja un legado de amor y sabiduría a través de sus cuatro hijos, Eduardo, Lorena, Maricela y Vanessa, junto con nueve nietos y tres bisnietos.

Al reunirnos para celebrar la extraordinaria vida de Felipe, invitamos a todos a unirse a nosotros para servicios conmemorativos que honran su espíritu y amor:

- **El Velorio** se llevará a cabo en White Emerson Mortuary el 15 de octubre de 2025, a partir de las 5:00 p.m. - Seguirá un **Servicio de Rosario** en la Capilla White Emerson, a partir de las 6:00 p.m. - **La Misa** se celebrará en Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe en La Habra el 16 de octubre de 2025 a las 10:00 a.m.

Felipe Dabila Estévez permanecerá para siempre en nuestros corazones, su memoria es un faro radiante de amor, risas y fe. Únase a nosotros para honrar su notable viaje por la vida y el impacto duradero que tuvo en todos los que tuvieron el privilegio de conocerlo.
