Eleanor Gomez was born on April 18, 1934 in Los Angeles, California, to Manuel and Enselma (Diaz) Moreno. She passed away in Pico Rivera, California, on September 12, 2013 at the age of 79.

She is survived by her nephew, Joe Espinoza, and niece, Marlene Ochoa.

A vigil will be held on Thursday, September 26, 2013, 7 pm, at White Emerson Mortuary, Whittier, California.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, September 27, 2013, 9:30 am, at St. Pius X Catholic Church in Santa Fe Springs, California.

Interment will follow the Mass at Resurrection Cemetery in Montebello, California.
