Anthony (Tony) Falaro, Sr., was born Dec.13,1957 in Bridgeport, CT to loving parents, Martin & Jean Falaro. Tony shared his childhood home with siblings, Carol (deceased), Judy, Marty, and Lauri (aka: Doorbell). Sadly, Tonys parents passed away when he was only 18 but soon after this heartbreak, he met his wife of nearly 40 years, Suzanne, while on a high school ski trip to Quebec, Canada. Together they shared fun, adventure, and a yellow VW Bug in CT. Eventually settling in California, they married, raised 4 beautiful children, Anthony, Jr., Elizabeth, Sara Jean, & Michael, along with his four-legged pals, Rocky, Yogi, Minnie, & Lola.
Tony, Susie, & family lived each day with hope, happiness, faith, but most of all, love.
Tony was employed as a Sales Engineer for 30+ yrs, providing for his family, learning the freeways of SoCal inside & out - never missing an opportunity to head out on the highway!
Along with cooking, Tonys greatest joy in life was his family, now including Brenda (daughter-in-law) & his beautiful grandchildren, Mia & Anthony, who lovingly call him their BB.
Tony was a devoted, endlessly generous family man, always making sure to spend time with the ones he loved. Tony cherished his special relationships with his siblings, his many nieces & nephews, cousins, extended family, and lifelong friends. He was a man who was truly grateful for his life.
Tony will be missed forever by the many people who loved him, especially his wife & children who stayed by his side through the many challenges he faced over the years. His memory will forever live on in our hearts and stories, always reminding us of what a truly wonderful man, husband, father, brother, & friend he was. We love you always our Chef Tony Diluted. So until we meet again, walk straight & tall, never let your basket fall and always smile pretty, our Italian sweetheart.
We are so grateful to have known this truly incredible man, living each day with a smile on his face, a tear in his eye, & much love in his heart. Tony made the best of every situation, facing many challenges with a positive attitude - a way of life that he instilled in his children & grandchildren. He was so proud of his kids, making sure to tell them he loved them everyday. Tony was filled with joy, love, & tremendous generosity. We are so honored & grateful to have been a part of Tonys life & now, his legacy. We will never stop telling the stories of our crazy, crazy Tony. Hosanna!
